The hotel was wonderful small and special and the staff were extremely friendly. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room, enjoyed that. Got great breakfasts with fresh fruit.

Lovely restored villa in a traditional Mallorcan village. Peaceful oasis, away from partygoers and tourists. Easily accessible beaches with 30-50 min ride. Homemade breakfast with fresh yogurt and juices. Pretty and cozy rooms. Amazing pool garden with a cocktail bar. Enjoyed relaxing massages in a charming "cave" room.

the place was perfect and special and the staff were incredibly nice, the location was ideal to go in mallorca island. location: the hotel was very close to a stunning cathedral and a fantastic market, jams and lovely restaurants. we enjoyed to have evening drinks at bar triquet pizzeria, based nearby.

We had just perfect 4 days here, would recomand. We enjoyed the hotel, it was charming small and had UNBEATABLE location adjacent to the center of a cute, traditional mallorcan village and lovely restaurants and the train station. The staff was incredibly nice and amiable, terrific service.

This hotel offers a superb location with ample space for visiting the northern part of the island. The living room provides ample space both indoors and outdoors, making it a great place to relax. The pool, surrounded by lemon trees, offers a peaceful and refreshing environment. The breakfast served here is outstanding, with a variety of fresh fruits, local sausage, and cheese. The hosts are very kind and provide valuable recommendations for exploring the island. The facilities are cozy and rustic, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

One aspect that some may not favor is the interior style, which can be described as "mallorquin". However, this is more of a matter of personal taste and does not affect the overall quality and comfort of the hotel.

In overall the room was spotless and with ample space. The staff was amicable, as well as host. Terrific service, just what we needed.

We had an amazing stay in this small hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and we enjoyed the fresh fruits, yogurt, and omelettes. The staff was super helpful and attentive. The hotel is located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, making it the perfect location for a city trip. the market on Wednesday was an absolute highlight, offering everything our hearts desired.

Although we had a great stay, there were a few things we think could have been improved. The bathroom light was quite dim, only illuminating the washbasin area.

Breakfast served fresh at our table, no buffet lines. Just a 5-min walk to Sineu's restaurants and bars. A great choice away from touristy areas. We'll return.

The flat-screen TV and free toiletries added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay even more enjoyable.

had an amazing time in sineu, mallorca at this charming hotel. juan was the best host! the beautiful hotel had everything we needed to relax, including a nice pool area and cozy rooms. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. truly felt cared for as a guest. can't wait to come back!

Fabulous outdoor terrace with a pool: The outdoor terrace with the pool at this village house was like an oasis in the desert, providing much-needed relief from the scorching sun. I felt like a mermaid, gracefully diving into the crystal-clear water and enjoying the serenity of the surroundings. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean vibes.

Beds could be more comfortable.
